Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 stick melted butter
5 slices bread
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Remove skin and bone and cut into bite size pieces. Boil noodles in chicken broth.
Add sour cream and soups to noodles when done.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs and pour melted butter over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until bubbly and bread crumbs are toasted.
Freezes well.
