Philadelphia Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and cook. Heat 2 cups water to boiling with 1 teaspoon salt and add cabbage.
    Cook about 10 minutes. Drain.
