Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 to 1/2 c. chunk peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
baked pie crust
whipped cream
peanuts
Preparation

Mix the
milk
and egg yolks together.
Then mix sugar, cornstarch and
salt
together
and
add
to
the milk and egg yolks.
Cook in microwave until thick.
Cool.
Then add peanut butter and vanilla.
Place in the baked pie crust and top with whipped cream.
Chill and top with chopped peanuts.
