Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can green beans
    Accent
    potatoes
    1 onion
Preparation
    Brown meat lightly in a skillet.
    Peel potatoes and onion, using 1 potato per person to be served and one extra.
    Slice potatoes and onion as if you were making potato chips.
    Top meat with potatoes and onion and top this with 1 can green beans, juice and all.
    Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
    Lastly, add seasoning or you may use gravy.
    This provides a nutritious meal quick to make and the kids love it.
