Ruby Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir jello in boiling water until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Fold in apples, celery and walnuts. Pour into a 1-quart serving bowl. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
