Spanish Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small ears corn
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped or 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    salt
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob.
    Saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender but not browned.
    Add corn and tomatoes and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Season to taste with salt.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
