Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 green pepper, cubed
1 large onion, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
2 stalks celery, cubed
2 carrots, cubed
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Combine potatoes, celery, carrots, green pepper and onion together in a large cooking pan.
Cover with water and cook until vegetables are tender, about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, until a little thick.
Turn stove off and add butter, milk and salt and pepper.
