Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    salt
    1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    4 Tbsp. sugar, divided
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream the sugar, shortening, egg and vanilla until light.
    Add milk and blend well.
    Add blended ingredients to creamed mixture. Spread half of batter in a 9-inch square pan.
    Spoon berries over batter.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon-sugar mixture. Spread remaining batter over blueberries.
    Sprinkle remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture on top of batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
