Sirloin Tips And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin steak, sliced thin
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown steak in butter along with onion and green pepper, until meat is cooked through.
    Remove from pan and drain excess fat.
    In same pan, add gravy mix to water.
    Mix well and simmer 5 minutes. Add meat mixture and mushrooms.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice and noodles.
