Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. (about 30) mushrooms
    1/4 c. margarine or oil
    1/4 lb. ground sausage
    1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. instant onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Saute stems in oil.
    Remove from pan.
    Cook sausage to crumbly stage, drain.
    Add mushroom stems and rest of ingredients.
    Stuff mushroom caps.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes on cookie sheet.
    Serve hot or freeze.
