Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    4 potatoes, cut in chunks
    4 carrots, cut in chunks
    8 small onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine first
    7 ingredients;
    shape into 24 meatballs. Brown meatballs
    in oil in 4 quart Dutch oven.
    Remove as they brown. Combine
    soup
    and broth in Dutch oven.
    Add meatballs and vegetables.
    Bring\tto
    boil.
    Cover
    and
    simmer
    for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Add parsley.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    Optional Cooking:
    I fix in oven at 350\u00b0 until vegetables are tender in roaster.
