Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    Season-All to taste
    1/2 stick butter
    2 lb. peeled crawfish tails
    1/4 c. seasoned Progresso bread crumbs
Preparation
    Rinse crawfish tails.
    In a large skillet, saute in butter the onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic. Add crawfish tails and continue to saute until thoroughly heated. Add cream of mushroom soup and seasonings to taste.
    Stir in rice.
    Pour into large casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake until bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned, approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
