Stuffed Flounder Rolls(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sliced scallions
1/4 c. A.1. steak sauce
1 egg, beaten
4 flounder fillets (about 1 lb.)
1/4 c. white cooking wine
1 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet margarine, melted
lemon slices and scallion fans for garnish
Preparation

In bowl, mix rice, scallions, 3 tablespoons steak sauce and egg.
Spoon mixture on fillets; roll up.
Arrange in 2-quart baking dish.
In small bowl, combine wine, margarine and remaining steak sauce; pour over fish fillets.
