Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups oil
4 eggs, beaten
2-10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 cups pecans, chopped

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add oil and eggs and mix well.
Add strawberries and nuts.
Mix and bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool completely before wrapping in foil for freezing.
