Mock Boursin Au Poivre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. chopped dried chives
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese with garlic, caraway, basil, dill weed and chives.
    Pat into flat round shape.
    Roll on all sides with lemon pepper.
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
