Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 qt. blueberries
1 Tbsp. butter
dash of cinnamon
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
whipped cream
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
Add water and 1 cup of the berries.
Cook until thick, stirring continually.
Add butter, rest of berries and cinnamon.
Cool mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
When served, top with whipped cream, if desired.
