Heavenly Or Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
5 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening (I like Crisco)
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Sift dry ingredients into large bowl; cut in shortening.
Add buttermilk, then yeast.
Stir until thoroughly moistened.
Turn onto floured surface and knead.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thick; cut with 2-inch cutter.
Place on ungreased sheet; brush with melted butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Yields 60 (2-inch) biscuits.
