Corn Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
2 cans corn, drained
1 can evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter. Stir in bread crumbs and 1/4 cup cheese.
In baking dish, combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt and remaining cheese. Cook in microwave for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with crumb mixture and cook for 1 more minute. Brown under the broiler. Makes 6 servings.
