Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    6 ripe bananas, mashed well
    1 stick butter
    2 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    2 c. nuts
    2 c. fruit (crystallized)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. banana extract
Preparation
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 in two tube pans.
    Line pans with wax paper or foil.
    Start in cold oven!!
