Cube Steak And Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cube steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    salt
    pepper
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    flour
    oil
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Trim off fat.
    Salt and pepper meat.
    Roll in flour and brown on both sides in a frying pan.
    Put meat in a casserole dish.
    Put cream of mushroom soup into frying pan with meat drippings and add water.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Pour over steak and sprinkle onion soup over this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cover while baking.
