Cheesies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine flour, butter and sour cream in mixing bowl; mix well. Divide into 4 portions; chill until firm.
    Roll out dough, one portion at a time, to 12 x 6-inch.
    Sprinkle with salt and 3/4 cup shredded cheese.
    Starting with 12-inch side, roll up, jelly roll fashion.
    Seal edges.
    Place, seam side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Using sharp knife, cut rolls halfway at inch intervals. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
    Serve warm.
    Makes about 45 appetizers.
