Rib-Eye Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tomato juice
1 c. ketchup
1 c. beef au jus (use beef bouillon cubes)
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. bacon fat or margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 Tbsp. fennel seed (1 tsp. ground fennel)
1 tsp. m.s.g.
1 Tbsp. rib-eye seasoning salt
1 Tbsp. granulated garlic
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and simmer in cooking pot. Do not boil.
Simmer
for\t20 minutes.
Strain sauce to remove fennel seed, if necessary.
