Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of allspice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
Preparation
    Boil raisins in water until the water evaporates.
    Combine all other ingredients and beat well.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 25 to 30 minutes. Bake in two loaf pans, well greased and floured.
