Baked Asparagus And Mushroom Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces or 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. shredded Swiss or Gruyere cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Cook fresh asparagus, mushrooms and green onions in a small amount of boiling water for about 7 minutes or until tender.
    (Or, cook frozen asparagus, mushrooms and green onions according to asparagus package directions.)
    Drain.
