Smothered Garden Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red potatoes
    eggplant
    squash
    onion
    bell pepper
    bacon
    banana peppers (2 if hot, several if plain)
Preparation
    Cut bacon in pieces.
    Slice all vegetables (no need to peel unless you prefer).
    Brown bacon.
    Add onion and bell pepper; saute awhile.
    Add other vegetables, seasoning to taste.
    Smother down, stirring often, until potatoes are tender.
