Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 lb.) cans pork and beans
    2 lb. ground beef, browned
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 chopped bell pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. Karo syrup
    3/4 c. ketchup
    pepperoni slices
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with pepperoni.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
