Rhubarb Cake #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. rhubarb, cut up
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, oleo, egg and buttermilk in mixer.
    Add flour, baking soda, salt and rhubarb.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Top with the mixture made with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
