Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French-style green beans, drained
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, crumbled
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour (plain)
    1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 small can pimento strips
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add flour, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper, sugar, cheese, pimento, sour cream and water chestnuts in saucepan. Cook until the cheese is melted. Remove from heat and cool. Pour over green beans. Sprinkle with French fried onions. Bake about 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
