Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 medium cabbage
1 large onion
4 to 6 stalks celery
6 bouillon cubes
cornstarch
water
Preparation

Slice chicken in thin strips; salt and pepper.
Cook in approximately 3 tablespoons oil in wok or large heavy pot until no longer pink.
Remove and set aside.
Slice cabbage, onions and celery in strips.
Put in pot with bouillon cubes and enough water to cover.
Simmer until vegetables are almost tender; add chicken and enough corn starch to thicken.
Continue simmering until vegetables are soft.
Serve over rice.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
