Chocolate Covered Peanuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. of butterscotch chips
1 large pkg. of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 large jar dry roasted peanuts
Preparation

Place both chips in microwaveable bowl. Heat 1-1/2 minutes. Stir. Heat another 1-1/2 minutes. When chips are melted completely, mix in nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. If they do not set in 1 hour, refrigerate for 1 hour.
