Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast (dry)
1 1/2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
Preparation

Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast in mixing bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Combine milk and butter in saucepan.
Heat until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
Add to dry ingredients.
Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and 1 cup flour and beat 2 minutes.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
Turn dough on floured surface.
Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease top.
Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Make into rolls.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
