Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 lb. sharp yellow cheese, shredded
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Have cheeses at room temperature.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Form into a ball or log.
    Sprinkle with chili powder or roll in chopped nuts.
    Chill.
    Serve with crackers.
