Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (sole or haddock)
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried leaf thyme
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Separate fillets.
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Oil a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
    Dip fish in combination of buttermilk, salt, pepper and thyme, then in a mixture of crumbs and parsley to coat both sides.
    Lay the fillets in prepared baking dish in a single layer if possible.
    Drizzle with cooking oil.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
    Do not turn.
    Serve immediately.
