Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, chopped fine
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 carrots, shredded
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed until sugar melts; cool.
    Mix cabbage, onions and carrots with cooled vinegar; add salt and chill well.
    It may be stored in refrigerator for at least a week.
