Lo-Cal Chicken Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
8 medium potatoes
2 large onions
1 large green pepper
6 large carrots
2 pkg. chicken broth mix
3 to 4 c. water
2 Tbsp. canola oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Remove skin and cut up chicken.
Brown in skillet over medium heat.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Serves 5.
