Puerto Rican Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1 tsp. garlic, onion and oregano
    dash of pepper
    3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in strips
    6 slices bacon
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Pound chicken pieces until flat; cut into strips.
    Sprinkle spice mixture onto chicken pieces.
    Wrap pieces of chicken around strips of cheese.
    Then wrap slice of bacon around each piece (making roll-ups).
    Mix liquid together and pour over roll-ups. Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
