Sausage And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean bulk sausage meat
    6 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook rice until tender.
    Drain.
    Cook sausage until crumbly. Pour off fat.
    Stir in mushrooms and soup.
    Add to rice.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Cover.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 60 minutes. Serves 4.
