Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green peppers
    1 (7 oz.) box crackers
    1 lb. diced Cheddar cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Cut off stem ends of peppers; remove seeds.
    Boil 5 minutes in lightly salted water; drain.
    Crumble crackers in mixing bowl. Add diced Cheddar cheese.
    Pour enough boiling water over mixture to moisten well.
    Cover and let stand until cheese is melted, but not cold.
    Mix well with spoon.
    Stuff pepper shells.
