Szechuan Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soy or tamari sauce
1/4 c. chopped scallions
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 Tbsp. Szechuan seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves, freshly minced
1 lb. sirloin steak
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Marinate steak in plastic bag or shallow baking dish for 1 hour.
Remove meat and discard marinade.
Grill to desired doneness.
Serves 4.
