Broccoli And Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 medium onion
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. precooked broccoli
    3 medium red potatoes
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook bacon until brown.
    Cut into 1/2-inch pieces; drain. Discard all but 3 tablespoons fat.
    Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick and chop onions.
    Fry in 3 tablespoons reserved fat.
    Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook until tender.
    Add red wine vinegar, sugar, salt and broccoli.
    Cook until heated.
