Spicy Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
    1/3 c. self-rising white corn meal
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk or water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Lightly grease 15 x 10-inch pan. Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in milk. Coat with dry ingredients. Place chicken, skin side up, in pan. Lightly brush with margarine. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with fork.
