Vegetable And Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. celery
    2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded
    2 carrots
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Warm to activate.
    Puree all vegetables in food processor.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Chill for approximately 3 hours, or until mixture is well set.
    Yields 3 cups.
