Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Blend beaten eggs and sugar; add pumpkin and oil, blending well. Add flour mixture and nuts.
Makes 1 large tube pan or 2 loaf cakes.
Bake large cake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or loaves for about 50 minutes.
