Hot Water Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling hot water
cooking oil

Preparation

Mix corn meal and salt.
Add boiling hot water, enough to mix well.
Make into small cakes and cook in hot oil until brown.
