Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer
    2 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in melted butter then in crumb mixture. Arrange chicken so they do not overlap in shallow roasting pan. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
