Orange Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. orange peel or 1 Tbsp. orange flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. black walnuts or pecans
1 c. zucchini, grated

Preparation

Mix well all the ingredients in order listed.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
