Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, cubed
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Boil zucchini and onion for 5 minutes; drain water.
    Mix soup, sour cream, zucchini, carrots and onions and set aside.
    Mix Stove Top (dry) and add seasoning with melted butter.
    Put 1/2 of crumbs in bottom of casserole dish.
    Pour zucchini mixture over crumbs. Top with rest of crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with shredded cheese the last 5 minutes of baking.
    (Turkey or chicken could be added.)
    Use 9 x 13-inch dish.
