Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. regular milk
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Baking Temperature: 400\u00b0, 375\u00b0 and 325\u00b0.
    Baking Time: 15 minutes each temperature.
