Baked Apple Slices With Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can sliced pie apples, drained
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
Preparation
    Arrange sliced apples in ovenproof baking dish.
    Pour over them a mixture of marmalade, orange juice and nutmeg.
    Mix together in a small bowl the cornflakes and brown sugar.
    Cut in butter.
    Sprinkle topping over apples. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done. After baking, wait until cool and then top with a dollop of whipped topping or whipped cream.
