Salmon Patties(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. celery
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Remove bones and break up salmon with a fork.
    Add remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly.
    Make into patties and bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes six patties.
    One serving = 2 lean meat, 1 bread and 2 fat.
